At Adventure Seeker, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a booking.
Cancellation by Customer

Cancellations made at least 1 day (H-1) before the scheduled activity date are eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity date, including same-day cancellations, are non-refundable.

No refunds will be given for no-shows.
Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.

Any transaction or administrative fees charged by payment gateways or banks are non-refundable.
Cancellation by Adventure Seeker
Adventure Seeker reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to:

Extreme weather conditions

Safety concerns

Natural disasters
-
Operational or unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, customers will be offered:

A full refund, or

An option to reschedule the activity to another date.
Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

Cancellations made less than H-1 before the activity

No-shows on the activity date

Failure to meet health, fitness, or participation requirements

Late arrival that results in missed participation
Changes to Booking

Changes to booking dates or participant details must be requested at least H-1 before the activity.

All changes are subject to availability and confirmation by Adventure Seeker.
